Goettl is offering an HVAC Apprentice Academy with on-the-job training and paid wages. Local in-office and online training are provided by a top residential HVAC service provider. The program lasts 12 weeks and hires non-experienced individuals ready to work.

After successful training, a full-time role is anticipated. The program pays $20.00 per hour during training with potential increases as you advance in the field.

Competenze

• High School or better.
• 1 year of experience in a position of responsibility is preferred.
• Tech savvy is a MUST.
• Pass a background check and drug test.
• At least 2 years of clean driving experience.

This class is for non-experienced individuals who have not worked in the industry prior.

Why This Program is Different

What's the Catch?

Commit to two years of full-time employment with us after training. We invest in you, so we expect you to put in the work. If you leave the program voluntarily, we have a payback program for the cost of the training.

What you need to succeed (Read This Twice)

This program isn't for those who take shortcuts. It's for people ready to WORK.

If you:

• Show up on time and ready to grind
• Are coachable, curious, and hungry to learn
• Have one year of experience in a position of responsibility (paid experience strongly preferred)
• Or already know a little about the industry or attended a tech program and want to go pro
• Are comfortable with smart phone, iPads or laptops- tech savvy is a MUST
• Can pass a background check & drug test
• Have at least 2 years of clean driving experience
• Want a career, not another mid-level job
