SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support HV construction and operation, ensuring project success. This full-time role is on-site at Bakersfield or Los Banos, CA with travel, reporting to the project management team.

You will coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and owners, ensuring safety, schedules, budgets, and compliance. The position requires 3-4 years in power substation design/construction, PMP (preferred), and strong English communication.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3-4 years of work related experience in design and/or construction of power substations.
• PMP certification, or direct relevant industry experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to work with others under all situations.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate and coordinate all Project Engineer’s responsibilities to achieve project success.
• Review Power Purchase Agreements, Interconnection requirements, and system studies to ensure project compliance.
• Assist in preparing project HV budgets and forecasts.
• Develop subcontractor scopes of work and support subcontracting efforts with PM.
• Manage HV subcontractors (billings, RFIs, status reports, risk).
• Lead safety and work practices in energized substations; maintain safe work environment.
• Travel locally and interstate as required.
