SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support HV construction and operations, located on-site in Texas with travel. You will assist in budgeting, subcontract management, and coordination with engineering teams to drive successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-4 years of work related experience in design and/or construction of power substations.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to work with others under all situations.
• Ability to work independently, analyze, troubleshoot and prioritize problems.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficiency with office practices, procedures and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and coordinate all Project Engineer responsibilities to achieve project success.
• Review agreements, interconnection requirements, and contract requirements for compliance.
• Assist in developing HV budgets, forecasts, and schedules.
• Manage HV subcontractors, RFIs, status reports, and risk tracking.
• Lead kickoff meetings and coordinate material procurement with Engineering.
