Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Commissioning Project Manager for HV/BESS projects in the United States. You will own the commissioning scope for 2–3 concurrent projects, guiding readiness, testing, acceptance, and turnover to operations.

You will develop execution plans, manage schedules and resources, and coordinate with customers, utilities, OEMs, and partners to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commissioning/startup experience for utility-scale HV/BESS systems.
• Experience leading multi-project coordination and cross-functional field teams.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain site access.

Responsibilities

• Own the commissioning scope across typically 2–3 concurrent HV or BESS projects, including deliverables, milestones, schedule, resources, risks, documentation, and turnover.
• Develop and maintain a commissioning execution plan, milestones, deliverables register, and readiness criteria.
• Translate contract requirements and interconnection requirements into an executable commissioning plan and work scope.
• Lead readiness reviews and ensure prerequisites are met before testing or energization proceeds.
• Coordinate field commissioning teams, OEMs, and third-party vendors to execute testing and turnover.
