Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in HV testing or cable manufacturing.
• Experience with MV/HV cable testing: AC withstand and PD.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and supervision to Final Test staff.
• Conduct electrical evaluations on high- and medium-voltage cables (insulation resistance, AC withstand, etc).
• Perform physical and mechanical assessments (dimensional, tensile, elongation).
• Analyze testing data, identify trends, and generate certified reports.
• Maintain calibration and upkeep of high-voltage test machinery.
• Support quality audits and root cause investigations; drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to raise testing efficiency and quality.
