Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in Retail Management.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a sales team.
• Strong understanding of financials, pricing, and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Lead Hunting/Firearms departments to ensure compliance with ATF and local laws.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and inventory control.
• Deliver world-class customer service and achieve financial plans.
• Open/close store; manage duty manager responsibilities.
• Staff interview, training, scheduling, and performance reviews.
• Provide product recommendations and drive club membership and in-store pickup programs.
• Resolve customer and Outfitter issues.
