Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Sales Outfitter to deliver exceptional customer service for Hunting/Archery Merchandise (NON-Firearms). You will greet customers, identify needs, and guide them to products while promoting CLUB membership and in-store pickup options.

Responsibilities include maintaining floor merchandise, replenishing stock, staying knowledgeable on sales and promotions, and adhering to all store policies. This is a part-time role with benefits.

Qualifications

• Customer service and sales of Hunting/Archery Merchandise (NON-Firearms).
• GCA knowledge and capability to Merchandise and Stock Merchandise.
• Experience in retail environments is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with hunting/archery purchases and provide friendly guidance.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Promote CLUB membership, VOC, and in-store pickup programs.
• Demonstrate products to customers when needed.
• Organize and maintain merchandise at the Gun Counter non-firearms area.
• Replenish shelves per merchandising guidelines and maintain pricing/signage.
• Remain product expert through training and knowledge checks.
• Assist with seasonal floor merchandise moves and keep area clean.
