Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change to customers.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other associates.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers and customers.
• Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale register system.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge all customers promptly and friendly.
• Demonstrate products and explain features.
• Maintain shelves and signage per merchandising guidelines.
• Stay knowledgeable on advertised sales and promotions.
• Assist customers with buying decisions and promote programs (CLUB Membership, VOC, In-Store Pick-up).
• Operate the POS system and handle transactions.
• Keep work area clean, neat, and well stocked.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
