Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of B2B sales with hunter track record.
• Background in material handling, warehouse equipment, or automation.
• Strong consultative selling and ability to build a business case.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business by targeting and acquiring new customers.
• Lead discovery with operations leaders to uncover ROI levers.
• Develop tailored solutions with engineers and designers.
• Present executive-level value propositions and manage bids.
• Grow existing accounts through cross-sell and upsell.
• Maintain CRM hygiene, territory plans, and forecast discipline.
