Job summary

FabTech-IGM seeks a Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across OEM markets. This hunter role focuses on developing new customer relationships, securing new accounts, and expanding FabTech-IGM's presence in data center, clean energy, public safety, and medical segments.

The position can be based in Libertyville, IL or Las Vegas, NV, with regular travel to meet prospects, attend industry events, and support growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in business development or sales within FabTech-IGM's target OEM markets or related contract-manufacturing environments.
• Demonstrated success opening new accounts and growing revenue through direct prospecting and relationship development.
• Experience selling into OEMs and sophisticated customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation & prospecting to build target accounts, product knowledge, and RFQ generation.
• Own opportunities through the sales process, build relationships with decision-makers, drive deal velocity, and close.
• Maintain CRM hygiene, data accuracy, cadence performance, and forecasts.
