Job summary

Titan Security is expanding its Titan Electronics division in Los Angeles and seeks a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive new revenue growth. You will hunt for net-new logos, build a strong pipeline, and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver integrated security solutions.

Responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying, presenting, and closing complex security deals while leveraging Titan’s position as both a guarding and technology provider.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in security or adjacent industries.
• Proven success in hunting net-new logos and building pipelines from scratch.
• Ability to navigate complex buying groups and close multi-stakeholder deals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and close net-new business for integrated security solutions.
• Build and maintain a robust, self-generated pipeline.
• Cross-sell into existing guarding clients to grow wallet share.
