• Manage opportunities throughout the full sales cycle, from discovery to close.

• Develop and execute an effective territory growth strategy.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and customer information within the CRM.
• Represent the organization professionally at meetings, events, and industry functions.
• Stay informed on commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and mechanical service offerings to communicate value.
