Job summary

BLUEHAWK, LLC seeks a Mid-Level Collection Operations Manager to support HUMINT operations for the DIA Directorate for Operations. The role coordinates and documents operational activity, maintains awareness of HUMINT requirements, and connects headquarters, field elements, platforms, and customers.

The candidate will review IIRs, draft directives, and draft operational posture statements while ensuring compliance with security and handling requirements. A TS/SCI CI Poly clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 8+ years HUMINT collection experience.
• Active TS/SCI CI Poly clearance required.
• Understanding of the DoD HUMINT environment and reporting.
• Ability to work independently in a high-tempo environment.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.
• Compliance with DoD/DIA security and information-handling requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and document operational activity across HQ, field elements, platforms, and customers.
• Maintain awareness of validated HUMINT requirements and track activity metrics.
• Draft platform-specific Operating Directives, collection strategies, and posture statements.
• Review IIRs, propose edits, and track reporting and FINTEL utilization metrics.
• Serve as an operational conduit among headquarters, customers, and field elements.
