Job summary

BLUEHAWK, LLC is seeking a Mid-Level HUMINT Collection Manager to support the DIA Directorate for Operations with collection requirements, reporting, strategies, metrics, and coordination. The role connects field elements, customers, collection platforms, and leadership to ensure HUMINT efforts align with Defense Intelligence Enterprise priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or eight years work experience in an all-source analytic/HUMINT role.
• Active TS/SCI CI Poly clearance required.
• Experience coordinating collection requirements across multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of HUMINT reporting systems and platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a high-tempo environment.

Responsibilities

• Format, review, edit, quality-control, and publish IIRs per policy and thresholds.
• Conduct post-publication IIR reviews and annual reconciliation activities.
• Maintain IIR metrics and assess platform/collector performance.
• Present collection-management trends and metrics in reports and briefings.
• Coordinate operating directives and posture statements across platforms.
• Serve as a conduit among field elements, customers, HQ, and platforms.
• Assess operational requirements and advise resource placement.
• Coordinate analytic feedback, Source Directed Requirements, and evaluation data.
• Support integrated collection strategies and HUMINT tasking.
• Prepare and brief IIRs, posture statements, SOPs, and related products.
