Job summary

BLUEHAWK, LLC seeks a Mid-Level HUMINT Collection Manager to support DIA collection requirements, reporting, strategies, metrics, and coordination. The role connects field elements, customers, platforms, and leadership to ensure HUMINT efforts align with priorities.

The ideal candidate holds a TS/SCI with poly, has experience in all-source analytics and HUMINT reporting systems, and can work independently in a high-tempo environment, producing clear, properly formatted deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 8+ years in all-source/HUMINT roles.
• Active TS/SCI CI Poly clearance.
• Knowledge of collection platforms and HUMINT reporting systems.
• Ability to work independently in high-tempo environments.
• Experience coordinating requirements across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with DoD/IC security and records-management requirements.

Responsibilities

• Format, review, edit, and publish IIRs per policy.
• Conduct post-publication IIR reviews and reconciliations.
• Maintain IIR metrics and assess platform performance.
• Present collection-management trends in reports.
• Coordinate operating directives and collection posture statements.
• Serve as conduit among field elements, customers, and leadership.
• Assess requirements and align collection resources.
• Coordinate feedback and data requests.
• Support integrated collection strategies and HUMINT tasking.
• Prepare and brief IIRs, directives, and related products.
