Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience building scalable simulation environments.
• Experience with physics-based toolchains (Isaac Sim/Lab, MuJoCo) is a strong plus.
• Experience with 3DGS rendering or related scene reconstruction is a plus.
• Experience in game 3D modelling, TA, PCG/Houdini, or game engine development is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate with model teams to define data needs and interfaces.

• Use agents to build city-scale, high-fidelity simulation environments with fully interactive elements.
• Design and build agentic workflows for synthetic data, automating scene generation, data collection, filtering, and assessment.
• Build data quality and realism assessment systems to improve model capability.
• Collaborate with VLA and control teams to define data specs and interfaces from simulation to real robots.
