Job summary

To The Rescue Iowa is seeking a Human Service Supervisor to oversee the implementation of the Human Service Program in Cedar Rapids, IA. You will work with staff to support members, ensure documentation is accurate, participate in on-call rotations, and fill in direct care hours as needed.

You will provide weekly progress updates, help develop member goals, create monthly staffing schedules, and review payroll for accuracy while contributing to a collaborative, nurturing work environment.

To The Rescue is currently seeking qualified individuals to manage all aspects related to the ongoing implementation of the Human Service Program as our Human Service Supervisor.

As a Housing Supervisor you are working alongside staff members to support and assist the members, completing documentation accurately and timely, participating in on-call rotation, and filling in direct care hours as needed to ensure coverage. You will also provide weekly progress updates on each member, help develop goals for members, create monthly staffing schedules, review payroll for accuracy, and participate in a variety of other tasks and duties as assigned.
