Under supervision of a Licensed Therapist, you will help individuals and families build independence and healthy coping skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human services or related field is required.
• Experience with individuals experiencing mental health challenges is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel throughout the community are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family psychoeducation and skill development services
• Support clients with daily living, parenting, social, employment, and community engagement skills
• Collaborate with clients, families, treatment teams, and community partners
• Utilize evidence‑based practices to support positive outcomes
• Complete timely documentation and maintain accurate client records
• Participate in recovery teams, supervision, and ongoing professional development
• Respond to client needs through flexible scheduling, including some evenings and weekends
