Job summary

Lutheran Social Services of WI & Upper MI is seeking a dedicated Human Services Professional - Specialized to deliver skill-building, psychoeducation, and supportive services in homes, schools, and communities across Marathon, Lincoln, Langlade, Wood, and Portage Counties. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a human services field, with preference for mental health experience.

Travel throughout the community and flexible scheduling (some evenings/weekends) are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human services or related field.
• Experience working with individuals experiencing mental health challenges preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family psychoeducation and skill development services
• Support clients with daily living, parenting, social, employment, and community engagement skills
• Collaborate with clients, families, treatment teams, and community partners
• Utilize evidence-based practices to support positive outcomes
• Complete timely documentation and maintain accurate client records
• Participate in recovery teams, supervision, and ongoing professional development
• Respond to client needs through flexible scheduling, including some evenings and weekends
