Job summary

Lutheran Social Services (LSS) is a private, non-profit organization delivering behavioral health and family support across Wisconsin. We are seeking a compassionate Human Services Professional - Specialized to provide skill-building, psychoeducation, and supportive services in clients' homes, schools, and communities.

Under supervision of a Licensed Therapist or Therapist-In-Training, you will help clients build independence, develop coping skills, and achieve goals, with flexible scheduling

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a human services or related field.
Experience working with individuals experiencing mental health challenges preferred.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel in the community.

Responsibilities

Provide individual and family psychoeducation and skill development services.
Support clients with daily living, parenting, social, employment, and community engagement skills.
Collaborate with clients, families, treatment teams, and community partners.
Complete timely documentation and maintain accurate client records.
Participate in supervision and ongoing professional development.
Respond to client needs with flexible scheduling, including some evenings and weekends.
