Job summary

Lutheran Social Services of WI & Upper MI is seeking a compassionate Human Services Professional - Specialized to provide skill-building, psychoeducation, and supportive services to individuals and families in their homes, schools, and communities.

Working under supervision of a Licensed Therapist, you will help clients build independence, develop coping skills, and achieve goals through evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human services or related field required
• Experience working with individuals experiencing mental health challenges is preferred
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel throughout the community required

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family psychoeducation and skill development services
• Support clients with daily living, parenting, social, employment, and community engagement skills
• Collaborate with clients, families, treatment teams, and community partners
• Utilize evidence-based practices to support positive outcomes
• Complete timely documentation and maintain accurate client records
• Participate in recovery teams, supervision, and ongoing professional development
• Respond to client needs through flexible scheduling, including some evenings and weekends
