Job summary

• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Learn and follow program policies and procedures.
• Monitor residents for changes in health or mood.
• Provide direct client care and administer medications within guidelines.
• Document services and client behavior accurately.
• Maintain a clean environment and ensure unit safety.
• Transport clients to appointments and med pickups as needed.
• Assist clinicians and supervisor when directed.
• Maintain required training and certifications.
