Job summary

Tellurian, Inc. is seeking a Psychotherapist (CIT Psychotherapist) in Madison, WI to provide person-centered, trauma-informed therapy for adults in the CCS program. The role works within a multidisciplinary team across clinic visits, client homes, and community settings.

The incumbent will perform assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapies. Travel throughout the community is required, with a focus on recovery-oriented care and collaborative services.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required for licensure and clinical practice.
• Active Wisconsin licensure (APSW, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) preferred or required for eligibility.
• Experience in trauma-informed care and community-based services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver individual and group therapy using evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, CPT, Motivational Interviewing).
• Treat individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning.
• Collaborate with case managers, nursing, psychiatry, peer support, and other providers.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in treatment team meetings.
• Coordinate care with natural supports and community resources.

Education

Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field

Active Wisconsin licensure (APSW, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT)
