Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited institution in Human Services, Addiction and Recovery Studies, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Health, or related discipline.
• Professional knowledge of human services, behavioral health, counseling, addiction and recovery, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Ability to teach college-level courses and work effectively with diverse students.
• Ability to work primarily in person at Amerion College.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of the Human Services program.
• Lead development, improvement, and growth of the program.
• Review curriculum and recommend changes based on student needs, workforce expectations, standards, and trends.
• Assist with curriculum development, course scheduling, program assessment, and academic planning.
• Monitor program effectiveness, student outcomes, retention, completion, and other measures of success.
• Support accreditation, regulatory compliance, assessment, and continuous-improvement activities.
