Qualifications

• Master's degree in a business-related discipline from an accredited institution.
• Professional knowledge of business, management, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Ability to teach college-level business courses.
• Ability to work primarily in person at Amerion College.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of the College's business programs.
• Lead development and growth of Business Management and related offerings.
• Review curriculum and propose improvements based on employer needs and student outcomes.
• Assist with curriculum development, scheduling, and program assessment.
• Monitor enrollment, retention, and program effectiveness measures.
