Qualifikationen

• Conduct licensing, complaint, and incident inspections to determine compliance.
• Interview residents, staff, families, and others to collect details relevant to regulatory compliance.
• Review medical, legal, and programmatic records to assess adherence to state laws and regulations.
• Provide technical assistance to operators and staff on meeting regulatory expectations.
• Prepare violation reports and licensing documents in line with procedures.
• Assist in relocating residents from noncompliant homes by coordinating needs and safe placements.
