Qualifications

• Three years of experience involving interpersonal public contact and inspecting for compliance with rules and regulations and reporting related facts.
• An Associate's Degree and one year of experience involving interpersonal public contact and inspecting for compliance with rules and regulations and reporting related facts.
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training which included one year of experience involving interpersonal public contact and inspecting for compliance with rules and regulations and reporting related facts.

Responsibilities

• Field inspections of affected professions and occupations to observe compliance with standards.
• Gather samples, records, and other materials while maintaining confidentiality.
• Evaluate information and prepare reports communicating findings.
• Issue citations when violations are found.
• Perform limited investigative support activities as needed.
