Job summary

Sample Supports is seeking motivated undergraduate students for hands-on experience in residential services, case coordination, quality assurance, compliance, and community-based support.

You will gain practical skills working alongside residential professionals, build documentation and HIPAA-compliant practices, and explore careers in human services, social work, and healthcare administration.

Responsibilities

• Assist with quality assurance reviews and documentation audits
• Support compliance monitoring for Medicaid and state requirements
• Help organize individual records, training documentation, incident reports, and compliance materials
• Participate in residential visits and provider-support activities
• Assist with residential assessments and health and safety monitoring
• Attend interdisciplinary meetings and case discussions
• Communicate professionally with individuals, providers, families, guardians, and team members
