Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Residential Assistant to provide administrative, operational, and client-support services within a residential program. You will work with the Residential Director and treatment team to coordinate cases, maintain documentation, and ensure timely, organized, and compassionate support throughout clients' treatment.

You will assist with case follow-ups, communications, and transitions while upholding confidentiality and program policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities are essential.
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary treatment team and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up on residential cases with the team.
• Document and track case-related activities and maintain records.
• Support transitions, admissions, discharges, referrals, and continuity of care.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned follow-up tasks within program timeframes.
• Assist with grievance processes and Code Grey support as needed.
• Supervise Peer Specialists and document peer trackers.
• Maintain professional communication with individuals, families, providers, and staff.
