In this position, you will serve as an employee relations specialist performing duties to administer the employee‑management relations program for the Civilian Personnel Flight (CPF). You will provide a full range of advice, counsel, advisory and personnel‑management services, and management/supervisor orientation regarding civilian management responsibilities. You will monitor one or more major programs routinely assigned to the immediate office and within the Force Support Squadron (FSS) mission and functional responsibility.
