The Role

Own all people operations as we scale 3x. Build HR from the ground up: hiring, onboarding, culture, and processes for a fast‑growing international team.

What You’ll Do

• Lead full‑cycle recruiting (sales, marketing, product, operations, mentors)
• Build & manage onboarding process for new hires
• Support international hiring (US, Europe, CIS)
• Manage performance reviews & team development
• Build & maintain company culture remotely
• Handle employee relations & conflict resolution
• Partner with CEO on org structure & team planning

Requirements

• 3+ years HR experience (tech/startup preferred)
• Full‑cycle recruiting experience
• International hiring knowledge (multiple countries/labor laws)
• Remote team experience
• Organized & detail‑oriented
• Fluent English (international team)
• Comfortable with fast‑paced growth environment

Nice to Have

• EdTech or SaaS company experience
• Experience scaling teams rapidly (2x‑3x growth)
• Knowledge of US/European labor laws

• Russian language (for CIS team members)
