Salary Range: $65,000–$100,000 annually (depending on experience and qualifications) + bonus

We're looking for a People & Culture Partner who is passionate about creating a positive, engaging, and supportive workplace. This role will serve as a trusted resource for employees and a bridge between employees and leadership, helping strengthen communication, reinforce our culture, and ensure our team feels informed, heard, valued, and connected.
You'll also support day-to-day HR operations, onboarding and offboarding, employee relations, and compliance as our organization expands into multiple states.
Responsibilities
- Build strong, trusted relationships with employees and serve as an approachable resource for HR questions, concerns, and support.
- Champion the employee experience by developing initiatives that strengthen engagement, recognition, morale, and workplace culture.
- Serve as a communication bridge between leadership and employees, helping communicate company news, organizational changes, policies, and important updates clearly and consistently.
- Gather employee feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend initiatives that enhance the workplace experience.
- Coordinate employee appreciation programs, celebrations, team-building activities, and other culture initiatives.
- Facilitate new hire orientations, employee meetings, presentations, training sessions, and group discussions.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding to create a welcoming and seamless employee experience.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in ADP Workforce Now.
- Support benefits administration, performance management, employee relations, and day-to-day employee inquiries.
- Help maintain HR policies and practices in compliance with federal, California, and applicable multi-state employment laws.
- Support HR compliance activities, documentation, audits, and policy updates as the company expands into additional states.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum 2–4 years of HR, People Operations, or related experience.
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred.
- Working knowledge of California employment laws; multi-state HR experience is a plus.
- Experience supporting onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, or other HR operations.
- Experience facilitating orientations, presentations, meetings, training sessions, or group discussions.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Approachable, empathetic, and able to build trust with employees at all levels.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proactive, resourceful, and excited to contribute to a growing organization.
