The Human Resources Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for employees, applicants, and visitors entering the Human Resources office. This position provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team, coordinates financial and procurement activities with the Business Office, and serves as a key HR operations resource through the administration of Workday transactions, reporting, and data management.
A high school diploma and clerical or administrative experience. A bachelor's degree may be substituted for the required work experience. Experience with HR / HCM systems and Microsoft Office.
