Job summary

Absolics-Inc in Covington, GA is seeking an HR Generalist to support full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and daily HR operations. You will help maintain records in HRIS/ATS and coordinate performance reviews.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in HR or business, at least 1 year in HR, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup/manufacturing tech environment. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

• Experience in startup, manufacturing, technology, or fast-paced environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring.
• Assist with HR policy administration and employee communications, helping ensure policies and procedures are consistently applied.
• Maintain accurate employee and recruiting records in HRIS/ATS systems.
• Coordinate performance management processes, including review cycles, documentation, and follow-up with employees and managers.
• Support new hire onboarding and HR documentation.
• Assist with employee relations, HR projects, and day-to-day HR operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring

REQUIREMENT:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR/recruiting systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

SALARY:

• $60,000 – $80,000
