Job summary

Absolics Inc in Covington, GA is seeking an HR professional to support full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and HR operations in a fast-paced setting. You will help administer HR policies, maintain records in HRIS/ATS, and coordinate performance reviews with a focus on confidentiality.

The role requires strong communication, MS Office proficiency, and at least 1 year in HR or talent acquisition; a Bachelor's in HR or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate performance management and review cycles.
• Assist with onboarding and HR documentation.
• Support employee relations and day-to-day HR operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring
• Assist with HR policy administration and employee communications, helping ensure policies and procedures are consistently applied
• Maintain accurate employee and recruiting records in HRIS/ATS systems
• Coordinate performance management processes, including review cycles, documentation, and follow-up with employees and managers
• Support new hire onboarding and HR documentation
• Assist with employee relations, HR projects, and day-to-day HR operations

REQUIREMENT:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR/recruiting systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or a related function, preferably in a startup, manufacturing, technology, or fast-paced environment

SALARY:

• $60,000 – $80,000
