Job summary

BrainCo Inc. is seeking a proactive Human Resources Associate to support recruiting, onboarding, benefits coordination, compliance, and employee engagement as we scale our operations. You will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of HR experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and solid knowledge of U.S. employment laws.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a startup, technology, or high-growth environment.
  • Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws, HR best practices, and the employee lifecycle process.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding and employee offboarding processes.
  • Prepare employment documents, onboarding materials, and HR communications.
  • Support HRIS administration and maintain employee data accuracy.
  • Assist with benefits enrollment, employee changes, and vendor coordination.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.

wWe are seeking a proactive and detail-orientedHuman Resources Associate to support the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources function. This role will assist with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, benefits coordination, compliance, and employee engagement while helping build scalable HR processes that support our continued growth
