Job Description

The HR Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of comprehensive administrative functions in this fast‑paced human resources department. The individual will ensure a smooth‑running office daily and will coordinate operations in the department. This ideal candidate must be a polished professional with great interpersonal and phone skills.

Responsibilities
  • Providing administrative/secretarial support to the department.
  • Completing administrative tasks and projects.
  • Answer questions, direct requests to appropriate staff, and work with others in the department to resolve issues.
  • Create tracking systems (insurance coverage, performance reviews, and other department functions).
  • Coordinate and schedule department meetings.
  • Make business travel arrangements.
  • Order and track supplies for the department.
  • Other duties as needed.
Skills
  • MUST have exceptional organizational skills and the ability to develop systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle confidential and delicate situations.
  • Self‑starter, confident, motivated by challenge, and ability to work effectively without continual supervision.
