Sentara Health in Norfolk, VA is hiring an HR Representative to provide front-line support to colleagues on general HR issues, policies and processes. You will respond in real time and ensure accurate guidance while handling employee transactions according to guidelines.

The role requires a High School Diploma and about 1 year of administrative and customer service experience, with HR exposure preferred. Base pay is hourly, with potential bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Overview: HR Representative The HR Representative serves as a front-line support to colleagues by providing real-time, accurate and comprehensive responses to inquiries regarding general HR-related issues, policies, procedures and processes. Processes employee related transactions accurately based on research, employee-specific information and process guidelines.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $22.93 - $34.97 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
