Sentara Health in Norfolk, VA seeks an HR Representative to serve as front-line support for colleagues, answering inquiries about policies, procedures and processes. You will process employee transactions and research information to ensure accuracy according to guidelines.

The role requires a High School Diploma and at least 1 year of administrative and customer service experience, with exposure to HR tasks such as onboarding. A comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
