Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is actively recruiting for a Human Resources Recruiting Admin for a local mill in Kalama, WA. The position starts as a temporary assignment for up to 60 days and could develop into a longer-term opportunity.

The role involves processing new hire paperwork, terminations, candidate screening, background checks, job postings, interviews, orientations, and HRIS maintenance.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent customer service.
• Maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suites.
• Experience with an HRIS system preferred; industrial setting a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of Human Resources experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication with all levels of staff.

Responsibilities

• Process new hire paperwork and terminations; add new employees to the system.
• Call candidates, perform initial screening, and document responses.
• Facilitate background checks and drug screens for candidates.
• Manage job postings and schedule interviews with candidates.
• Coordinate and administer new hire orientation.
• Maintain HRIS data and perform system upkeep.
• Perform other office duties as assigned.

Express is actively recruiting for aHuman Resources Recruiting Admin position with a local mill. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Human Resource field and recruiting experience would be a huge plus. This is starting as a temporary position for up to 60 days but could turn into a long-term opportunity.

Job Duties:

• Processing new hire paperwork
• Processing terminations and adding new employees to system
• Call candidates and do initial screening and documenting responses to questions
• Help facilitate background checks and drug screens for candidates.
• Manage job postings and scheduling interviews with candidates.
• Manage new hire orientations
• HRIS system maintenance
• Other office duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must have excellent customer service
• Maintain a high degree of confidentiality
• Must be comfortable using Microsoft Suite
• Experience with a HRIS system preferred and working in an industrial setting a plus!
• 1 yr Human Resources experience is required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with all levels of candidates from management, engineers and production workers.
• Demonstrated ability to adhere to strict confidentiality requirements
