Elder Services of Cape Cod and the Islands, Professional South Dennis, MA, is seeking a Human Resources/Payroll Specialist to handle daily HR tasks, leave administration, benefits questions and payroll backup.

The role runs Monday–Friday, 9a-5p, totaling 34 hours per week with a one-hour unpaid lunch. A comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, vacation, holidays, and a 403b with employer contributions, plus options for remote work and a four‑day work week after probation.

Human Resources/ Payroll Specialist! The HR /Payroll Specialist will handle the day-to-day HR duties, manage leave administration, benefit questions and provide backup to payroll.

Monday- Friday, 9a-5p: 34 hours/ week plus unpaid one-hour lunch daily- The range for the hourly rate is 30.55 to 34.86 per hour - one day will be one hour shorter than the other 4 days.
