Qualifications

• Experience with Paylocity or similar HRIS platform, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with payroll processing, benefits administration, and maintaining confidential employee information.
• Ability to pass required background checks; experience in education, nonprofit, or mission-driven organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly payroll preparation and ensure accuracy and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Complete monthly benefits billing reconciliations and assist with benefits administration activities.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, applicant screening, background checks, and offer letter preparation.
• Facilitate onboarding through HRIS processing and employment documentation.
• Generate employee agreements and track required employee training and compliance requirements.
