Worksome is seeking a meticulous Payroll Coordinator to own core multi-state payroll processing for our Employer of Record operations. You will manage weekly payrolls, ensure accurate data across platforms, and handle new hires, terminations, and deductions.
This role also supports HR tasks during peak cycles and helps refine processes with state wage laws. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of hands-on payroll experience, proficiency with payroll platforms and MS Excel, and a strong eye for detail.
At Worksome, we're changing the way the world works. We build stellar technology to help companies seamlessly source, engage, and pay flexible talent across the globe, without the friction, red tape, or administrative headaches.
We are a technology platform and a people-first company all in one. We live and breathe our core values: Trust, Transparency, and Inclusion. We empower our teams with the freedom to own their work, foster an open environment where every voice matters, and build tools that make work accessible and fair for everyone. If you're excited about shaping the future of work alongside supportive, highly ambitious teammates, you're in the right place.

Operating with a foundation of trust and transparency, you'll be the operational engine keeping our contingent workers paid accurately and on time, while lending an inclusive, supportive hand to lightweight HR processes during peak cycles. You won't just follow checklists—you'll actively refine processes, build SOPs based on state wage laws, and help scale our EOR engine as we grow.
