In this role, you will coach employees and supervisors on various personnel topics, handle employee relations issues with utmost professionalism and confidentiality, develop and roll-out career ladders in partnership with subject matter experts, manage initiatives/projects to improve processes and procedures, recruit and hire the best employee-owners, teach and train employees and supervisors on standard HR processes and complex behavioral topics, and provide exceptional customer service to those you support. Pay Range Data We anticipate filling this position as a Human Resources Partner: $76,050-$112-385 per year. We are open to reviewing additional candidates with more or less experience and the pay range may differ if filled at a different level. Our pay ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location. We base our starting pay offer and title on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
