Must be willing and able to travel extensively during the first 6–12 months of employment while the facility is under development. Travel will primarily be to SEL manufacturing facilities in Pullman, Washington and Lewiston, Idaho for training, process familiarization, and relationship building. Travel is expected to occur in multiweek increments and may total approximately 8–12 weeks or more based on business needs and facility startup activities.
Data - $ $109,900 - $164,800 We set starting pay based on job-related factors such as your experience, training, knowledge, and skills. We are looking to fill this position at the Engineering Manager I level, and we welcome applicants with a range of experience. Depending on your background, we may consider you for a different level, with compensation aligned accordingly.
