Base pay range

$115,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr

They are looking for an experienced HR professional to optimize HR shared services and support their ongoing growth.

Position

As the HR Shared Services Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing HR processes related to payroll, benefits, and compliance. You’ll also oversee HRIS systems, support M&A transitions, and improve operational efficiencies within the HR function. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, benefits, and compensation.
  • Act as the main point of contact for PEO relationships, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Oversee HRIS platforms, ensuring data integrity, security, and accuracy.
  • Lead HR integrations during mergers and acquisitions.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support HR and business strategy.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for HR operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of HR operations, HRIS management, or shared services experience.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll, benefits administration, and compensation, preferably in a PEO environment.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms like ADP, Workday, or UKG.
  • Understanding of employment laws (ACA, FLSA, ERISA).
  • Experience with M&A HR integration is a plus.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
