As the IT Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the IT infrastructure and operations. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, operational leadership, and a focus on ensuring the stability and efficiency of systems critical to software creation, implementation, and maintenance.

Key responsibilities:

• System Uptime & Performance: Ensure the continuous availability and optimal performance of all IT systems and infrastructure supporting the online payment software.
• Incident Management: Lead the response to IT incidents, minimizing downtime and ensuring swift resolution.
• Security & Compliance: Implement and maintain robust security measures and ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations for payment processing.
• Infrastructure Management: Oversee the management of servers, networks, databases, and cloud services.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to IT operational processes, automation, and tooling.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
• Team Leadership: Potentially lead and mentor a team of IT operations specialists.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development, product, and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce
• Proven experience in IT operations, preferably within the financial technology or online payments industry.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, databases, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with security protocols and compliance requirements for payment systems (e.g., PCI DSS).
• Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve IT incidents efficiently.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA, cloud provider certifications) are a plus.
