You will be the empathetic and reliable go-to for any requests from ‘Spoons’ as they navigate our HRIS and benefits and go through onboarding & offboarding processes. You will own Open Enrollment, our summer internship program, and our mentorship program. The HR Manager also partners closely with other functions on DEI and programming efforts.
On the recruiting side, you are a master matchmaker and eager to help attract the best and brightest talent in the industry. You will own the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, as well as be an ambassador for the agency to the outside world. You will always have your finger on the pulse of the advertising industry at large and will be constantly developing trusted relationships with internal hiring managers across the agency. A master multitasker, you will be able to keep everyone organized with ease, while keeping the candidate experience top of mind.

This is a hybrid role located in New York. We work in the office together on Tuesday, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Human Resources
The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $90,000 - $115,000. Salary is determined based on a wide range of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, job duties, and geographic location. For this role, we also offer programs such as medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and various other benefits and perks.
