Job summary

Cintas Corporation in Graham, NC is seeking a Human Resources Manager to support all general HR areas. Responsibilities include managing turnover, recruiting, payroll and benefits administration, and driving positive employee relations.

The role requires at least 1 year of HR experience, a High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree in HR preferred), and proficiency with Microsoft Office and intranet/internet.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year HR experience.
• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet.
• Working knowledge of HR-related areas of legality including FMLA, ADA, EEO/Affirmative Action, Workers' Compensation, Unemployment and OSHA requirements.
