Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead employee relations initiatives and workplace investigations across multiple locations. This role will serve as a trusted HR partner to management and employees, ensuring compliance with employment laws, fostering a positive work environment, and managing complex employee issues with professionalism and discretion.

This position is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in employee relations, conflict resolution, workplace investigations, and coaching leaders through challenging personnel matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and conduct workplace investigations involving employee complaints, policy violations, harassment, discrimination, and other employee relations matters.
  • Prepare thorough investigative reports, document findings, and make recommendations based on facts and applicable policies.
  • Partner with managers to address employee performance concerns, disciplinary actions, corrective action plans, and terminations.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to leaders on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, employment laws, and HR best practices.
  • Facilitate difficult employee conversations and support effective resolution of workplace conflicts.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
  • Respond to escalated employee concerns and provide timely, practical HR solutions.
  • Support leave administration, accommodations, workers' compensation matters, and other employee-related issues as needed.
  • Assist with policy development, employee communications, and manager training programs.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and documentation.
  • Analyze trends in employee relations matters and recommend proactive solutions to mitigate risk and improve employee engagement.
